Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Monitor ("we", "us") for the use of AI Monitor (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

1. What the Service does

AI Monitor sends the prompts you write to third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and others), stores their answers and labels them for brand mentions, order and sentiment. Reports show what those assistants answered at the time of each run. AI answers vary between runs, users and locations, and automated labels can be wrong. Reports are for analysis; they do not guarantee how any assistant will answer a particular person.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business or professional purposes.
• One person per account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit personal data of other people, confidential information or unlawful content in prompts;
• use the Service to break the terms of any AI provider, to generate spam, or to harass or defame anyone;
• resell raw access to the Service, probe or overload it, or work around usage limits or billing;
• use reports to make claims about competitors that you cannot support.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after a warning where that is reasonable.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. You can buy prepaid balance (pay as you go) or a monthly subscription. Each check (one prompt answered by one assistant, including its analysis) is charged against your plan allowance or your balance at the rate shown in the app. Usage beyond a plan's allowance is paid from the balance. We don't start work your balance cannot cover. Prepaid balance does not expire and is not cash; it cannot be transferred.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes, receipts and invoices. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

5. Your content

You keep all rights in your prompts, project settings and reports. You give us the permission we need to run the Service with them: to store them, send prompts to the AI providers you select and process the answers. AI answers are produced by third parties; we do not claim ownership of them and make no promise about their accuracy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. AI providers can change, limit or remove access to their assistants at any time, and we may add or remove engines accordingly. Checks that fail on the provider's side are not charged.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your projects or your whole account at any time in your account settings; deleting the account cancels any subscription and forfeits any remaining balance. We may end the agreement if you seriously break these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
