Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AI Monitor collects when you use AI Monitor, why, and what you can do about it. We are the controller of this data. Contact: support@ai-monitor.xyz.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, company and a hashed password.
• Workspace data: projects, brands, competitors, websites, prompts, reports, collected AI answers, labels and your corrections.
• Billing data: balance, usage and subscription status. Card details are handled by Dodo Payments and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies: see the cookie policy.

Why we use it

• To provide the Service and your reports (performance of our contract with you).
• To bill you and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To send service emails such as password resets and billing notices. We send marketing emails only if you opt in.

We do not sell personal data and do not use your prompts or reports to train AI models.

Who receives it

• AI providers you select (for example OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, xAI, DeepSeek, Yandex) receive the prompt text and the country you chose. Don't include personal data in prompts.
• Processors that run the Service for us: hosting, the analysis model provider, data-collection infrastructure and email delivery. They act on our instructions.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, to measure page views and feature use.
• Dodo Payments as merchant of record, for payments, taxes and invoices, under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these companies are outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data are kept while your account is open. Deleted projects and reports are removed from our database right away and from backups within 30 days. When you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax law (usually up to 10 years). Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Write to support@ai-monitor.xyz; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it.

We will update the date above when this policy changes and tell you by email about changes that matter.
