Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for checks that worked. This policy covers purchases of AI Monitor made through Dodo Payments.

Failed checks

If an AI assistant returns an error or no answer, that check is not charged. You can retry it from the report.

Prepaid balance

Unused balance can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up. Write to support@ai-monitor.xyz from your account email. The part already spent on checks is not refundable. Free credit has no cash value.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month and does not renew.
• If you ask within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have used less than 10% of the monthly checks, we refund that payment in full.
• Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or when the Service was unavailable for most of the period.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we usually resolve billing questions within two business days.
