What is a check?
One prompt answered by one AI assistant, plus the analysis of that answer. A report with 10 prompts and 4 assistants uses 40 checks per run.
Why do checks cost different amounts?
Most assistants are asked in their own web app, from a residential connection in your report's country, exactly as a visitor would. That takes more work than assistants without a public web app (Claude, Grok, DeepSeek), which are asked through their API with web search on. You're billed at what each answer actually cost to collect and analyze, times 2. Typical prices are $0.04 and $0.10.
What if a check fails?
It isn't charged. Retry it from the report whenever you like.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Runs that the balance can't cover don't start, including scheduled ones. Nothing is billed without balance or plan checks behind it.
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes, any time from Billing. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Unused plan checks don't carry over; your balance does.
Who processes payments?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle cards, local taxes, receipts and invoices.
